
Getting you to market
Exclusive territory
You will be granted an exclusive territory for a five year term, renewable without incurring a further Franchise Licence Fee. A territory typically contains approximately 10,000 small businesses.
Comprehensive training programme
Including an initial “Getting you to market” training week, enabling you to get trading as soon as possible. The training programme covers not only tuition in the unique Rosemary System® but everything to launch and run a successful business:
- How to set up and run your business
- How to find clients and keep them over the long term
- Tailored and proven sales & marketing launch programme
- Deliver a first class bookkeeping service including compliance and legislation
- How to manage your growth
The Rosemary System®
You will be trained in the Rosemary method of bookkeeping by learning how to consistently apply the correct procedures to ensure you deliver efficient and intelligent bookkeeping in a manner that suits your clients and their accountants.
Business and communications set up
You will receive all the guidance you need to start your business and home office, from whom to inform from a legal aspect, to the setup of your IT, your business stationery, email address and website.
Marketing launch campaign
We will work with you through our marketing launch campaign to raise brand awareness in your local territory:-
- Tailored Marketing Plan
- Minimum of 4 one-to-one local marketing meetings to assist plan implementation
- Local PR launch campaign to get your business known regionally
- 20 qualified leads
- Software
You also have the option to upgrade to the Enhanced Marketing Launch for a small fee*
The package includes all of the standard items plus the following additional items:-
- An additional 10 qualified leads (total 30)
- Rosemary branded car wrap (you will need to provide a suitable vehicle)
Concise Operating Manuals
To guide you in running your business from getting clients to delivery and growing your team.
Marketing Collateral
You will receive all the marketing collateral you require for launching your business:-
- Business Cards
- Letterheads
- Leaflets for a variety of audiences
- Logos for your car (magnetic)

Once your bookkeeping franchise is up and running, you have the assurance of knowing help is always at hand. Our experience and expertise is divided into the essential business disciplines of accounting, operations, sales and marketing and of course the technical aspects of the franchise. We work alongside our network of Franchise Partners to grow and develop the business nationally to benefit everyone involved.

Franchise costs
This bookkeeping Franchise Partner package is £18,370
The total franchise fee comprises three elements:
- License £10,000
- Training £4,470
- Marketing & Software Pack £3,900
Total of £18,370 + vat. Please note, we reserve the right to increase the cost of the total investment from time to time.
*You can also choose to upgrade to the enhanced marketing package (as above) for an additional fee of £3,050.
There will also be some initial business start up costs of up to £3,000 which include things like your IT equipment, software, business insurance, telephone installation costs, office equipment and travel costs and these vary depending on your circumstances.
There is a Management Service Fee (MSF) which covers the ongoing support we provide. We allow new businesses 6 months to get things started before you start to pay any fees so you only start paying this at month 7. At this point, our fees are £150 per month or 10% of turnover (whichever is the greater). From there our fees are staggered and gradually increase each full year, allowing you time to grow your business sustainably. Our fees decrease once you hit an agreed level of turnover, encouraging business growth and rewarding your efforts.
