Within the next 72 hours a member of our friendly Recruitment team will call you to have a quick introductory conversation to assess your suitability to the franchise and answer any initial questions you may have. It is important that you have the necessary skills and attributes to develop and grow your own Rosemary bookkeeping practice, hence our Recruitment team will need to ask a few questions about your background in order to ascertain your initial ‘fit’ to Rosemary.
To take things to the next stage we can arrange for a ‘Getting to know’ call with our Network Manager. This would be a 20-30 minute telephone or Skype call to take you through the franchise in more depth.
To progress to the next stage, we would invite you attend a Discovery Event at our Franchise Support Centre in Leicester, at which you can learn how to win clients and keep them over the long term, understand the scale of the market for our bookkeeping service, view our extensive Knowledge Banks and meet members of the Rosemary team and other Franchise Partners.
Once you are at the stage to progress to a face to face meeting we do request you to complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form ahead of the meeting. As a franchisee you are responsible for the growth and development of your business but as an ethical member of the British Franchise Association (bfa) we have a responsibility to ensure that we recruit people who have the necessary skills and experience to run their own business, hence as well as sharing information on the franchise to you, it’s important that we ask you certain questions on the phone and via the EOI to ascertain your suitability to running a Rosemary Bookkeeping franchise.
