Rosemary Bookkeeping launched as a franchise operation after running a company pilot since 2002, in Hertfordshire. We pride ourselves on delivering an intelligent bookkeeping service to help business owners manage and grow their businesses.

The ethos at Rosemary Bookkeeping is that we are all a team. The drive and passion of the senior leadership team energises not only the Rosemary Franchise Support Centre, but all of our Franchise Partners, to help them plan and achieve their goals.

Our brand is known to our customers for our transparent, accurate and intelligent bookkeeping services. We have an excellent national reputation with a National Average Google Review score of 4.87/5 (March 2024) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9.9/10 (2023).

The brand is the sun, as such, our most recent addition to the brand is our brand mascot, Teri Cotta. A great tangible talking point, intended to bring the ‘fun’ in to bookkeeping!

Our choice to undertake ‘Mascot Marketing’ was deep rooted in a requirement to make our brand stand out from the crowd and create a lasting impression with our clients.

All of our Rosemary Franchise partners receive their very own ‘Teri Toy’ as a thank you for joining, with further gifting options available from our warehouse.

It is worth noting that training is indeed ongoing and a mixture of onsite/online to ensure that it is accessible by all.
