Head of Marketing / Brand Leader

Hannah Banfield has 17 years’ marketing experience and has put it to good use over the last nine years supporting ServiceMaster’s brands.

Hannah is responsible for co-ordinating the national marketing initiatives and setting the marketing strategy for Rosemary. Alongside her marketing support team of Field Marketing Executives, PR and Communications Manager, Digital Co-Ordinator and Recruitment Marketing Manager, Hannah also works with individual franchise owners to develop their local marketing plans.

2014’s EWIF Franchisor Employee of the Year winner, Hannah also supports the other ServiceMaster Ltd brands which gives her a unique insight into activities and initiatives that work across other businesses and could be of benefit to Rosemary owners. She has gained the bfa’s QFP (Qualified Franchise Professional) accreditation and uses the skills and learnings from her experiences within the franchise industry to help ServiceMaster grow and support their many franchise owners.
